An official Montmorency County record must be obtained from the office that created or maintains it. Court files go to the proper clerk in Atlanta, sheriff reports go to the Records Department, current custody inquiries follow the Alpena County holding route, and statewide criminal-history products come from the Michigan State Police Criminal Justice Information Center.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
